What happens
- Maya: Welcome! Ready for your first day?
- Ben: So ready! I read the whole handbook last night!
- Maya: Great! Your password is on page 300.
- Ben: Page 300 just says "ask Maya."
- Maya: Ha! You passed the first test.
How to make it your own
Use your company's real first-day rule instead of the password joke, give the new hire a tie or a cap, or move the story to a warehouse or a store. The trainer laughing in the last scene keeps it friendly.
